Raphaël currently advises some active brands on both Swiss and French market.

For 10 years, Raphaël has worked for several major companies, mainly Quick (fast food chain) & Maisons du Monde (a listed company) as a Real Estate Director for French, Swiss, German, Austrian and UK markets. He was also in charge of the MDM expansion to open new markets, mainly in the UK & Austria. He has opened more than 50 shops in Europe.

In 2023, aware of his know-how on the expansion market, he has decided to stand on his own feet by creating his own consulting company MindUp to share his experience and help companies to expand their business.

Outside of work, Raphaël is passionate with travel (several months touring in Asia), photography and art in general. Music is also part of his life, he plays the piano, fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
